Longtime family law practitioner takes helm of American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers

The American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers has chosen Nashville attorney Marlene Eskind Moses to serve as its president for the coming year.
Moses, a partner at Moses & Townsend PLLC, has held a number of posts with the AAML since she was inducted into the organization in 1994. In 2001, she received its Outstanding Fellow of the Year award. That same year, the Nashville School of Law bestowed its Distinguished Alumni Award on her.
Moses is currently vice president of the National Board of Trial Advocacy and was recently sworn in as president of the Tennessee Supreme Court Historical Society. She has previously headed Tennessee's Board of Law Examiners and the Lawyers Association for Women.
