People: Moses names law partner and an associate

Marlene Eskind Moses

Marlene Eskind Moses has named a law partner and added her daughter as an associate.

Beth Townsend, who has practiced with Moses six years, now shares the shingle as partner at Moses & Townsend. Earlier, she was an associate with Nashville's Bowen, Riley, Warnock & Jacobson. New York City-born Townsend earned her law degree at Vanderbilt University and her bachelor's at Duke University.

In addition, the founder's daughter, Marissa Moses Russ, has joined as an associate. Russ was previously with Gullett Sanford Robinson & Martin. She earned her law degree at the University of Tennessee and her bachelor's at Tulane University. She is a Rule 31 mediator and a member of the Harry Phillips American Inns of Court.
